テスト対策でやるべきこと３選 |
①目標設定
中１・高１のみなさんは、初めてのテストですね！
何点取りたいか？席次は何番になりたいか？
まずは、目標を決めましょう！
中２～中３生・高２～高３生のみなさんは、
昨年度、定期試験を受けて、「あぁ～、ヤバかった」って
後悔はないですか？
前回のテストのことを思い出してみましょう！
そして、今回、何点を取りたいか？
目標を設定しましょう！
②スケジュールの調整
目標設定が完了したら、スケジュール調整！
目標を達成するために、Ｗｈｅｎ（いつから）、Ｗｈａｔ（どの教科を）、Ｗｈｅｒｅ（どこで）、Ｈｏｗ（どのくらい）、学習するか計画を立てよう！
部活や習い事、バイトしているなら、先のことを考えて、スケジュール調整をしてみましょう！
③テスト範囲の予測！
４週間前からテスト勉強って言われても・・・
「範囲が分からないから」できないじゃん・・・
って逃げてませんか？
本当に範囲が分からないからできないのでしょうか？
まずは、今習っている範囲を完璧にできているか？確認・復習はできます！
次に、テスト範囲の予測はおおよそ立てられると思います。
計算式は、
【１日に進むページ数✕残り授業数＝予想範囲】
仮に、
テストまであと３週間あり、数学の授業が１日に２ページ進む。
１週間に月・水・金と３回授業がある場合だと・・・
以下の式が立てられるね！
３週間✕３回✕２ページ＝１８ページ
多く見積もって、今学習している範囲から約２０ページは、追加になると予測が立てられますね！
このように、先の範囲を見積もって予測しておくことで、
学ばないといけない範囲が分かり、心理的にも不安はなくなり
勉強に集中がしやすくなります！
